Title: SleepU: Effects of a Context-Based Personalized Sleep Health Intervention for College Students
Description: Despite the importance of sleep for learning and health, up to 60% of college students report poor sleep. During this talk, Julian Ramos will present and discuss the results from a personalized sleep intervention that fuses artificial intelligence with mobile sensing. He will also be discussing his follow up dissertation work on the development and application of statistical models and tools to support people in making better decisions about health.
